docker-registry software package provides Docker toolset to pack, ship, store, and deliver content, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install docker-registry
docker-registry is installed in your system.
Make ensure the docker-registry package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep docker-registry *
You will get with docker-registry package name, version, architecture and description in a table
